Since we are complying with campaign spending limits, your contributions are deductible for state tax purposes (up to $250 on an individual return and up to $500 on a joint return).

In addition, if you are a Hawai'i resident (please let us know when you donate), $100 of your contribution may qualify for state matching funds. Of course, donating more than $100 is very much appreciated, and every dollar will be put to good use. If you cannot afford $100, we appreciate your donation in any amount.

While you need not be registered to vote to donate, we strongly encourage you to register! Note: The deadline to register to vote in the Democratic primary election is August 24, 2006.
